My mate once joked about finding your future wife. You want to know everything about her, speak to her, make her love you.
It was boot camp and she turned a few heads. A pair of patent thigh high boots came into my view, my eyes looks up to see the red head beauty. Her hair was backcombed and cherry red to match her lipstick, she was pale with big brown eyes and sharp bones. I try not to inspect her body but I, and every other male, can’t help it. She sits down next to Liam Payne, those long legs crossing and that pout turning into a smile. She looks down shyly, smiling, false eyelashes fanning across her pale cheek. She looks up at me for a second and I was hooked.
I tried to concentrate on my performance but I couldn’t tear my eyes away, much like Liam himself. I memorized little movements like the way she tucked a stray piece of hair behind her ear, or bit her lip as she blushed. I get called into the waiting room, waiting my performance before I can get her to look my way again.
I find her after my performance on the steps outside, her nose in a Larsson book.
“A fan of Swedish crime, eh?” I said, awkwardly stood in front of her. She had added a leather jacket over his plain black crop top.
“Just the books on it.” Her tone was cold and uncaring. I took a seat on the step next to her and twiddled my thumbs.
“I’m Aiden,” I said as she looked at me expectantly.
“Cassie.” She still stared at me, waiting for something. “I liked your performance.”
“Thanks. What did you sing?”
“First cut is the deepest.”
“Sweet.” I bit my lip as the silence became more and more awkward. She started to laugh randomly, the wonderful noise made me smile.
“You’re weird but I it’s sweet.”
“You look like Lady Gaga in a red wig.” I wait for her to walk away from me but instead she laughs. “But prettier.”
“It’s the boots, isn’t it?” She wrinkles her nose and I fall in deeper.
“Got the matching whip?” I make a whip action in the air.
“Wouldn’t you like to know.” She raised a manicured eyebrow seductively at me. I make a scared face back, making her laugh.
That is how I met Cassandra Evans with her fiery hair and thigh high boots.
